mindfulness
- I didn't like this module at all we talked about the importance of finger breathing and how to compose are self in difficult situations the rest of the time we took notes from school of mindfulnessinschool.org and did exercises that that helped with getting rid of bad thoughts which was the only thing I really learned in the module I would have liked it more if we actually focused on the mental health and how to help it in more ways than one which I learned and I am great full for it but the rest of time we talked about how great mindfulness is but not actually doing it or being showed to do it I wouldn't recommend the module as you learn very little from it and what you do learn you could learn by looking at a four minute video of the subject
nutrition
I really enjoyed this module as I learned a lot about dieting , the harms of performance enhancing drugs and portion control, which was good as all these topics interest me the teacher ms murray was very good and made the classes interesting by doing things such as bringing in types of food and testing us on which we thought were healthy and not and also she related the topic back to us and showed us thing that would actually help us with a fitness and dieting.i would recommend this module to future years as you learn a lot of basic skills and knowledge about nutrition
careers
I did not find this module to help me with my careers path as we mostly only did the tests on careers portal which did not help me what so ever it was only slightly interesting but also very wrong when it came to courses that I would enjoy in college overall my experience with this module was that it could have been a good module if there was more learning involved which is disappointing I expected more for this module
